Filing a Takedown Notice

To report copyright infringement, send a written notice to our designated agent including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the material on our platform that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (URL preferred)
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with the same designated agent including your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district.

Repeat Infringers

FlyerScene will terminate access for users who are repeat copyright infringers.
